This logo piece was created for a real estate Broker of Record. He wanted the logo for a potential website that will display information regarding the real estate business. Keeping with the colour scheme and general ideas given, I used basic shapes layered with the different colours to create a geometric skyline. The skyline encompasses the ideas of residential as well as commercial real estate within a city. A corporate-looking typeface was chosen to keep the logo professional and unified.
